We respect your privacy and don’t need to know anything about you, other than how to contact you about your order and your shipping address. And to show this respect, we strive to be compliant with international data privacy regulations, including the GDPR and ePrivacy laws of the European Union, which as we understand offer the best protections on the planet.

To be compliant with GDPR (“General Data Protection Regulation”), which governs use and collection of personal data, we’ll request your permission to collect your email address when you place an order, clarify that its purpose is to contact you about your order, and we’ll remove your email address from our records after 30 days. You may request a copy of your personal data (basically just your contact information) or request that we delete it at any time. We also only work with GDPR-compliant data processors and will let you know who they are.

To be compliant with ePrivacy, which governs user tracking and soliciting, we’ll request permission to store any non-essential cookies (which is just Google Analytics, at this point) and we will not contact you at all unless you reach out to us first.

We don’t keep a mailing list for marketing purposes, nor do we plan to. If you buy a cheesy shirt from us and you like it, we’re not about to hustle you to buy another one.
